Academic Attainment and Progression: 
  • Credit Recovery: Students are able to recover lost credits to get back on track for graduation. 
  • High School Diploma: Students are supported in achieving their high school diploma. 
  •  Academic Advancement: Students make significant progress towards their academic potential in a structured learning environment. 
  • College and Career Readiness: Students gain exposure to and prepare for post-secondary education (community college, vocational school) and career opportunities through various workshops and visits.
Personal Responsibility and Goal Setting: 
  • Accountability for Actions: Students learn to accept responsibility for their behaviors.  Self-Belief: Students develop a belief in their own capabilities. 
  • Goal Setting and Achievement: Students acquire the skills to set and achieve personal and academic goals.
Pro-Social Skills and Emotional Well-being:
  •  Pro-Social Skills Development: Students develop positive social behaviors and interactions. 
  • Self-Esteem: The program aims to foster and improve student self-esteem. 
  • Resiliency: Students develop coping mechanisms and the ability to bounce back from challenges. 
Behavioral Correction: 
  • Students are supported in correcting unproductive behaviors at school, home, work, and in the community. 
  • Life Skills: Students acquire practical life skills, including drug and alcohol awareness, self-defense, anger management, and gang intervention/prevention.
  • Social and Community Engagement: 
Community Integration: 
  • Required for Graduation: All students are required to complete community service hours as a fundamental graduation requirement.
  • Fostering Contribution: This initiative is designed to expose students to opportunities where they can become contributing members of their communities.
  • Empowering Engagement: Through their service, students gain a sense of purpose and the positive feeling that comes from actively giving back to their community.
